Notis Privasi
Portal ini dikendalikan oleh PPRV ("kami") untuk penduduk RIVERVALE P7P4. Sistem ini dibekalkan dan dihoskan oleh MHAB TECH bagi pihak kami. MHAB TECH memproses data hanya atas arahan kami dan tidak menggunakannya untuk tujuan lain (lihat Dasar Privasi MHAB TECH).
1. Data yang kami kumpul
- Pemilik, penyewa dan pasangan mereka: nama, nombor kad pengenalan, nombor telefon, e-mel, alamat unit, nombor pendaftaran kenderaan, rekod bil dan bayaran, rekod keluar masuk pintu, serta rekod log masuk.
- Pelawat: nama, nombor telefon, nombor kenderaan, unit yang dilawati, butiran pas QR dan masa masuk/keluar.
- Pengawal dan jawatankuasa: nama, nombor telefon dan rekod tindakan dalam sistem, termasuk setiap semakan unit oleh pengawal dan nombor telefon yang dibuka.
Butiran kad atau akaun bank untuk bayaran dalam talian diproses terus oleh Billplz dan tidak disimpan dalam sistem ini.
2. Tujuan
- Mengurus pendaftaran penduduk, unit dan kenderaan.
- Kawalan akses pintu masuk, termasuk sistem pengecaman nombor plat (ANPR).
- Mengeluarkan bil, menerima bayaran dan resit.
- Mengurus pas pelawat dan keselamatan kawasan.
- Membolehkan pondok pengawal menyemak sesuatu unit dan menghubungi pemilik, penyewa atau pasangan untuk mengesahkan pelawat yang datang tanpa pas QR. Setiap semakan direkodkan.
- Menghantar notis dan pemberitahuan berkaitan kawasan kediaman.
- Mematuhi keperluan undang-undang dan perakaunan.
3. Pendedahan kepada pihak lain
Data didedahkan hanya setakat yang perlu kepada:
- MHAB TECH (pembekal dan pengehos sistem), serta penyedia pengehosan dan keselamatan rangkaiannya seperti Cloudflare;
- Billplz (pemprosesan bayaran);
- pembekal sistem pintu dan ANPR, jika digunakan di kawasan ini (nama, nombor kad pengenalan, nombor telefon dan nombor kenderaan untuk menyediakan akses pintu);
- WhatsApp, apabila pas pelawat atau mesej dihantar ke sesuatu nombor telefon melalui WhatsApp; dan
- pihak berkuasa apabila dikehendaki oleh undang-undang.
Sesetengah penyedia ini mungkin memproses data di luar Malaysia, dengan langkah perlindungan yang dikehendaki oleh undang-undang. Kami tidak menjual data anda.
4. Penyimpanan dan keselamatan
Data disimpan di pelayan yang dilindungi, dengan sambungan HTTPS, kata laluan yang disulitkan, akses mengikut peranan, log aktiviti dan sandaran berkala. Data disimpan selagi anda penduduk dan untuk tempoh yang diperlukan bagi tujuan keselamatan, perakaunan dan undang-undang; selepas itu ia dipadam atau dijadikan tanpa nama.
5. Hak anda
Anda boleh meminta untuk melihat dan membetulkan data anda. Sebahagian maklumat boleh dikemas kini sendiri di halaman profil. Anda boleh menarik balik persetujuan, tetapi ini mungkin menjejaskan perkhidmatan seperti akses pintu dan bayaran dalam talian. Jika anda tidak berpuas hati dengan jawapan kami, anda boleh membuat aduan kepada Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi.

Pertanyaan, permintaan akses atau pembetulan data, dan aduan: the PPRV committee / jawatankuasa PPRV.
Data peribadi yang diminta adalah wajib bagi tujuan pendaftaran dan kawalan akses. Jika tidak diberikan, kami mungkin tidak dapat menyediakan perkhidmatan tersebut.
Privacy Notice
This portal is operated by PPRV ("we") for the residents of RIVERVALE P7P4. The system is provided and hosted by MHAB TECH on our behalf. MHAB TECH processes the data only on our instructions and does not use it for any other purpose (see the MHAB TECH Privacy Policy).
1. Data we collect
- Owners, tenants and their spouses: name, IC number, phone number, email, unit address, vehicle registration numbers, bill and payment records, gate entry and exit records, and login activity.
- Visitors: name, phone number, vehicle number, the unit visited, QR pass details and entry/exit times.
- Guards and committee: name, phone number and a record of actions taken in the system, including each time a guard looks up a unit and which phone numbers were opened.
Card or bank details for online payments are processed directly by Billplz and are not stored in this system.
2. Why we use it
- Managing residents, units and vehicles.
- Gate access control, including number-plate recognition (ANPR).
- Issuing bills, taking payments and issuing receipts.
- Visitor passes and estate security.
- Letting the guard house look up a unit and contact the owner, tenant or spouse to confirm a visitor who arrives without a QR pass. Every look-up is recorded.
- Sending notices and updates about the estate.
- Meeting legal and accounting requirements.
3. Who we share it with
Data is shared only as far as needed with:
- MHAB TECH (system provider and host), and its hosting and network security providers such as Cloudflare;
- Billplz (payment processing);
- the gate and ANPR system provider, where this estate uses one (name, IC number, phone number and vehicle numbers, to set up gate access);
- WhatsApp, when a visitor pass or message is sent to a phone number by WhatsApp; and
- authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside Malaysia, with the safeguards the law requires. We do not sell your data.
4. Storage and security
Data is kept on a protected server with HTTPS connections, encrypted passwords, role-based access, activity logs and regular backups. It is kept while you are a resident and for as long as needed for security, accounting and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You may ask to see and correct your data. Some details can be updated yourself on your profile page. You may withdraw consent, but this may affect services such as gate access and online payment. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Department of Personal Data Protection (Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi).

The personal data requested is required for registration and access control. If it is not provided, we may not be able to provide those services.
